Xôi tôm xào cải thìa với hình thức bắt mắt và sang trọng, có thể đãi tiệc, ăn sáng hay ăn vặt đều tuyệt vời. Bạn thỉnh thoảng cũng có thể đổi món cho gia đình bằng công thức này nhé!
Tỏi bóc vỏ, băm nhuyễn. Cải thìa tách cọng, rửa thật sạch rồi để ráo. Tôm bóc vỏ, rửa sạch. Gạo nếp vo sạch. Đun nóng 1 muỗng cnah dầu ăn, cho 1/2 lượng tỏi băm vào phi thơm, thả cải thìa vào xào, nêm 1/2 lượng muối và tiêu, thêm nước dùng gà và tiếp tục xào trong khoảng 3-4 phút.
Trút cải thìa ra ngoài và dùng lại chảo. Đun nóng dầu và cho tỏi băm vào phi thơm, cho tôm, nêm thêm 1/2 lượng muối và tiêu còn lại vào, giảm lửa và trở mặt tôm, vắt nước cốt chanh vào, đảo đều tôm lần nữa rồi tắt bếp.
Cho 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo, đun nóng rồi cho gạo nếp vào xào trong khoảng 2-3 phút. Cho nước cốt dừa và nước vào đun sôi, vặn nhỏ lửa, đậy nắp và đun thêm 10 phút nữa. Khi xôi chín, bạn xới đều, dùng khăn sạch đậy lại và để yên trong 5 phút.
Xới xôi ra đĩa, dùng xôi cùng cải thìa và tôm xào. Thật đơn giản đúng không nào. Món này có thể ăn sáng, ăn vặt hay ăn tiệc đều được cả, bạn lưu ngay công thức và thực hiện nhé!
