Bắp cải rửa sạch rồi cắt nhỏ. Khoai tây gọt vỏ, rửa sạch rồi cắt làm 4 nếu củ nhỏ, nếu củ lớn thì bạn cắt nhỏ hơn. Xúc xích, hành tây và ngò tây cũng cắt nhỏ. Cho tất cả vào trong một cái tô, rắc muối, tiêu, dầu olive vào rồi trộn đều.
Bật lò ở 200 độ C. Cho hỗn hợp ra 4 tấm giấy bạc, gói mỗi phần đều nhau và kín lại, ngăn nước chảy ra ngoài trong lúc nướng. Cho 4 gói vào lò và nướng trong 30-35 phút.
