Kẹo bạc hà là món ăn vặt được yêu thích không chỉ bởi trẻ nhỏ mà cả người lớn. Chỉ cần bỏ tí thời gian là bạn có thể làm ra ngay nhiều kẹo bạc hà để có thể nhâm nhi thưởng thức mà không sợ ăn phải những phẩm màu độc hại hoặc chất an toàn thực phẩm đâu nhé!
Cho 8 muỗng canh bơ vào tô lớn, đánh cho đến khi bông kem. Cho 450g đường bột vào từ từ, đánh một chiều cho đến khi hỗn hợp mềm mịn thành khối đồng nhất. Cho tiếp 2 muỗng canh heavy cream và 1 muỗng cà phê tinh chất bạc hà vào hòa trộn thật đều sau đó đậy khối kẹo bạc hà bằng một chiếc khăn hơi ẩm để giữ cho bột khỏi bị khô.
Rải một ít đường bột lên thớt, cho khối đường vào nhồi dẻo mịn. Chia khối kẹo bạc hà làm 8 phần, se thành từng dây kẹo nhỏ dày khoảng 1cm, sau đó cắt miếng vừa ăn.
Cho kẹo bạc hà vào lọ thủy tinh để ở nhiệt độ phòng để dành ăn dần. Nếu muốn thêm màu thực phẩm, bạn nên cho khoảng 7-12 giọt (tùy thuộc vào màu sắc) và trộn đến khi gần như đồng nhất rồi mới chia phần se kẹo bạc hà. Vậy là món ăn vặt dễ làm này đã hoàn thành rồi đấy, không sợ vấn đề an toàn thực phẩm nữa nhé!
