Thịt bò rửa sạch, để ráo nước rồi thái hình con chì hoặc có thể thái miếng mỏng. Tỏi bóc vỏ, băm nhỏ. Cho thịt bò vào 1 cái bát rồi thêm nước tương, hạt tiêu, hạt nêm, tỏi băm, trộn đều và ướp thịt 10 phút cho thịt ngấm gia vị.
Cần tây nhặt bỏ lá, có thể để lại 1 ít lá non rồi rửa sạch sẽ, sau đó thái khúc vừa ăn. Bột năng, cho xíu nước vào bát con khuấy đều cho tan. Thịt bò sau khi đã ướp xong, bạn cho nước bột năng vào trộn đều lên, như vậy thịt bò sẽ rất mềm ngon mà không bị dai và khô nhé!
Cho chảo lên bếp cùng với 1 thìa dầu ăn, đun nóng dầu rồi cho tỏi vào phi thơm lên, khi tỏi xém vàng thì cho thịt bò vào xào với lửa to, khi thịt bò chín tái là tắt bếp, xúc thịt bò ra đĩa. Vẫn sử dụng chảo ấy, bạn cho 1 thìa dầu ăn vào, đun nóng dầu thì cho tiếp tỏi vào phi thơm, trút toàn bộ rau cần tây vào xào sơ qua rồi nêm chút gia vị, cần tây vừa chín tới thì cho thịt bò đã xào chín tái vào đảo cùng là tắt bếp.
